This Gesha 1931 comes from the Oma plot of Gesha Village Coffee Estate in southwestern Ethiopia. Operated by Adam Overton and Rachel Samuel, the plot sits at 1,931–2,040 meters.
Selected for its complexity and quality, this Gold Label lot undergoes 60 hours of low-oxygen fermentation, followed by 29 days of drying on African beds, using the Semi-Anaerobic Natural process.
