ABOUT THE COFFEE
This Geisha is grown by producers in southern Loja Province, Ecuador, at 1,800 meters.
The lot combines separately processed coffees: 75% Natural and 25% Honey. Both incorporate anaerobic fermentation, while the Honey component also uses coffee mosto—the fermented liquid from coffee cherries. Together, they offer a complex expression of fruit and sweetness.
