本ロットは、ルワンダ北部州ルリンド地区の標高1,500〜2,000mで、ヤンババリイェ・ダマシーン氏によって生産されたRed Bourbon。Kabila CoffeeのRulindo CWSで精製され、Best of Rwanda 2025において第6位、87.5点を獲得しました。
精製方法はFully Washed。NOXでは浅煎りに仕上げ、ウォッシュドらしい透明感を軸に、オレンジからりんごへ移ろう果実味と、余韻に残る蜂蜜のような甘さを引き出しています。
果実の輪郭が鮮明でありながら、穏やかな甘さも感じられる、CLASSICカテゴリーらしいクリーンな一杯です。

ORANGE / APPLE / HONEY
Bright, gentle citrus acidity reminiscent of orange, followed by the crisp juiciness of apple. As the cup cools, a smooth, honey-like sweetness gradually unfolds.
This Red Bourbon was produced by Yambabariye Damascene at elevations of 1,500–2,000 meters in Rulindo District, Northern Province, Rwanda. It was processed at Kabila Coffee’s Rulindo CWS and placed 6th in Best of Rwanda 2025 with a score of 87.5.
The coffee was processed using the fully washed method. NOX roasts it light to preserve its clarity, bringing out bright orange, juicy apple, and a gentle honeyed sweetness in the finish.
Clean and expressive, this CLASSIC selection reveals its delicate sweetness as the temperature drops.
